On October 7th, the Hongqiao International Central Business District · Hongqiao Qianwan Yuntai project, supervised by Shanghai Jianke Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., officially started construction. Chen Yujian, Secretary of the Minhang District Committee, Chen Huawen, Deputy Secretary and District Chief of the Minhang District Committee, Zhao Liang, Standing Committee Member and Deputy District Chief of the Minhang District Committee, Zhang Bin, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Hongqiao International Central Business District Management Committee, Zhang Xiong, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Committee of Nanhongqiao Group, and representatives from relevant departments of the Hongqiao International Central Business District Management Committee, Minhang District committees, Huacao Town, and various participating units attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Wang Jijie, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Jianke Group, Yu Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shanghai Jianke Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., Deng Shaolun, Party Committee member and Deputy General Manager, as well as relevant persons in charge of the Fourth Division of the company, were invited to attend the ceremony.
Hongqiao Front Wing Chain Hub, Blue Water Bay Leading to Su River "Hongqiao Front Bay is the first concentrated construction area of Suzhou River entering the main urban area of Shanghai. In the future, it will be built into a model area of people's city leading high-quality life, a world-class" reception room "facing both international and domestic markets, a strong and active growth pole serving the Long Triangle and national development. This project will create a new business card for the innovation sector in the northern part of Qianwan, a new highland for sharing the industry and innovation of smart technology, a new benchmark for leading the first launch, and a new chapter for the high-quality development of the region. In the future, it will further enhance the concentration of "big science and technology innovation" in Dahongqiao.
The Hongqiao Qianwan Yuntai project is located in the Qianwan area of the main city of Hongqiao (plot 13-01, MHPO-1404 unit, Huacao town, Minhang district), with a range of four boundaries: east of Jinhui Road, south of Jifeng Road, west of Lianyou Road, and north of Yancangpu Road. The land area of the plot is approximately 4.3 hectares (64.5 acres), and the planned land use is for scientific research and design purposes (C65). The total construction area of the project is about 230000 square meters, with 6 research and development buildings and 1 dormitory building built above ground, and 3 underground floors, mainly carrying functions such as headquarters research and development, laboratories, employee dormitories, and supporting restaurants. The project is designed with the theme of "Molecular Energy Gathering, Front Bay Yuntai" to create a symbiotic, boundaryless, and growing composite R&D headquarters park. It utilizes various green and energy-saving new technologies to create low-carbon and environmentally friendly new models such as the Green Building Samsung, LEED Platinum, and Zero Carbon Science and Technology Museum. The project is scheduled to be completed before February 2027.
